Terms & conditions
These terms apply to the current free SK COMPS draw. Please read them before entering — by entering you agree to be bound by them.
1. The promotion
- • SK COMPS runs free prize draws open to residents of the SK postcode area and anyone who works, has family or takes part in clubs in the SK area. There is no charge to enter and no purchase is necessary, so these are not lotteries and no Gambling Commission licence is required.
- • Separate draws are currently running, each with its own prize and its own winner: a copy of GTA 6 on PS5 or Xbox; the ELEMIS 'The Glow Anywhere Collection' skincare set; a Pokémon Pitch Black booster bundle of 6 packs; and a Stockport County corporate hospitality experience at a home game of the winner's choosing.
- • Prize items are supplied as described. Where an item is unavailable we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
- • The promoter is SK COMPS. Confirm the registered company name and address before launch.
2. Eligibility
- • Entrants must be aged 18 or over on the date of entry.
- • Entrants must be resident at an address within postcode districts SK1 to SK23, or work, have family or take part in clubs in the SK area. This restriction is stated on all promotional material and is enforced at the point of entry.
- • Employees of SK COMPS, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with the administration of the draws may not enter.
- • One entry per person per draw. Entrants may enter more than one of the draws, but duplicate entries in the same draw using the same email address are rejected.
3. How to enter
- • Complete the entry form on this website with your name, email address, house number or name and SK postcode.
- • Entry is free of charge. We will never ask you for payment or card details to enter a draw.
- • As a condition of a free entry you must agree that SK COMPS may email you about the draw, its result and future SK COMPS draws. You may unsubscribe at any time; unsubscribing does not withdraw an entry already made and does not affect your chance of winning.
- • An entry is complete once the form is submitted successfully and shown as confirmed on screen.
4. The draws
- • Entries close at the time stated on the site (Sunday 18 October 2026, 8pm (UK time)). The draws take place immediately afterwards.
- • Each winner is selected at random from the valid entries in that particular draw, using a verifiable random number generator, in the presence of an independent witness.
- • The result of each draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection process.
5. Winner verification
- • Winners will be contacted using the email address supplied at entry within 48 hours of the draw.
- • Before any prize is released, winners must provide photo identification and proof of address at their SK postcode (for example a utility bill, bank statement or council tax bill dated within the last three months).
- • Where a winner fails verification, is found not to reside in the SK area, is under 18, or does not respond within 14 days, the entry is void and a replacement winner will be drawn.
6. Prizes
- • Physical prizes are posted or delivered to the winner's verified SK address at no cost to the winner, within 14 days of successful verification.
- • The GTA 6 winner chooses the PS5 or Xbox version. Release timing is outside our control; if the game is not yet released the prize is sent as soon as it is available.
- • The Stockport County hospitality prize is arranged with the winner for a home fixture of their choosing, subject to availability on the date requested. Travel to and from the ground is not included.
- • Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
- • Winners may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity. Nobody is required to do so as a condition of receiving a prize.
7. Data protection
- • We process entrant data as controller under UK GDPR for the purposes of administering the draw, verifying winners, sending you our draw emails and meeting our legal obligations.
- • Entry records are deleted 12 months after the draw. Winner records and verification evidence are retained for six years.
- • Full details, including our lawful bases and your rights, are set out in the privacy notice.
8. General
- • We reserve the right to void entries we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, duplicated, automated or otherwise in breach of these terms.
- • If circumstances beyond our control require it, we may amend these terms or the draw date. Any change will be published on this page.
- • These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
- • Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
